We have many members using tech accounts in languages other than English, and find that we can troubleshoot those accounts just as effectively as English-language accounts with a little patience and persistence.

All teaching and communication is inside the Academy is conducted in UK English so a good command of spoken and written English is needed. We always do our best to use plain English, and take time to make sure everyone has a shared understanding.
