An existing active subscription can be switched between Monthly/Annual payment frequency and between Essential/Advanced levels.

What to expect when you switch level between Advanced/Essential

What happens when you Upgrade from Essential to Advanced

Access to Advanced ActiveCampaign for your subscription takes effect immediately following an upgrade subscription switch.

Upgrades from Essential to Advanced are pro-rated.  

This means you will be charged an additional fee when you switch, to cover the higher rate for the remainder of your current subscription period.

This is called a gap payment.

Here's how the gap payment is worked out: 

(additional cost of upgrade for entire current period) 
divided by 
(number of days in entire current period)
and then multiplied by 
(number of days remaining in the current period)

This gap payment is charged at the time the subscription is switched.

Your next full scheduled payment will be at the Advanced rate unless you switch back again to Essential before that payment is due.

What happens when you Downgrade from Advanced to Essential

Access to Advanced ActiveCampaign for your subscription is retained until the date when your next payment is due following a downgrade subscription switch.

On the date of your next payment, your access to Advanced ActiveCampaign membership content will be removed.

Your next full scheduled payment will be at the Essential rate unless you switch back again to Advanced before that payment is due.

You can switch your payment frequency at the same time as switching level.

Your payment frequency change will take effect on the date when your next payment is due.

Any level-upgrade pro-rata gap payment for the remaining days of your current period will be due at time of switch.

What happens when you switch from Monthly to Annual

Annual subscriptions give you 12 months of access for the price of 10. 

Your next payment will be at the end of your current monthly period of subscription, and will be for the full annual subscription amount, starting from that date.

Check your next payment date for the subscription to see when this will be.

Monthly payments made prior to switching to Annual are not refunded or credited.

What happens when you switch from Annual to Monthly

Your next payment will be at the end of your current yearly period of subscription, and will be for the monthly subscription amount, starting from that date.

You can switch your level at the same time as switching payment frequency.

Your payment frequency change will take effect on the date when your next payment is due.

How to switch your subscription level or payment frequency

Step 1 - Login to our main Slick Business website and view your subscription.

Step 2 - Click "Switch Level or Frequency"

Step 3 - Choose your new combination of level and frequency.

The new recurring price will be displayed when your selection is made.

Step 4 - Click "SWITCH SUBSCRIPTION"

This confirms your subscription change.

If a gap payment is required (applies only for upgrades from Essential to Advanced) this will be charged now.

You will be sent an order confirmation email showing the change to your subscription.
